Gracing the cover of the Cavallino Rampante edition is an official Ferrari badge, identical to those on Ferrari road models. Got my attention right away.
The book includes nearly 2,000+ colour and b&w images, each individually varnished,
featuring many rare and previously unpublished photos. This Ferrari Opus also contains exclusive photoshoots of key Ferrari personalities such as Luca di Montezemolo, Niki Lauda and Jean Todt. A unique photo essay by world reknowned photographer Rankin also shows the iconic 1961 California Spider in a brand new way.
Overall, 852 pages, with 75 per cent of all content newly commissioned for the Opus, makes this a once in a lifetime publication.
The Cavallino Rampante Limited Edition should be noted also as it includes the personal signatures of Ferrari greats, past and present, including John Surtees, Stirling Moss and Nigel Mansell.
